Traffic flow will be improved by using holistic intelligent techniques

Working on Mobility Projects

Two parallel applications are running to improve the traffic flow in a city

HITUL

The HITUL - Holistic Intelligente for Traffic Urban Lights - system offers an informed support for decision-making at city level, optimizing the planning of the existing traffic lights network. Could we reduce jams and pollution just by improving our lights? It uses powerful computing resources and robust analysis, optimization, and micro-simulation tools for helping traffic control officers.

CTPATH

CTPATH is our second tool in this project. Drivers could receive route advices based in their preferences and city conditions, both powered to reduce the travel times and the carbon footprint. Yes, this can be done at once. You will not use a different route advice system ever! No, for real, it will your life a bit better.
